Arm Haulers

 
 

Arm- Haulers: This is a 4 count exercise- Count 1 from the lying position with your chest lifted off the ground and your arms off the ground and at your side with palms up bring your arms forward and clap your hands in front of your head (ensure your arms do not contact the ground during the movement). Count 2 bring your arms back down to your sides and slap your thighs (ensure your arms do not contact the ground during the movement). Count 3 return to the position stated in count 1. Count 4 return to the position stated in count 2. Note: Your back must stay flexed throughout the entire movement and your hand can not contact the ground at any time during the movement.
